Understanding Giggle Fone's Grades
A+, A, B, and C grades describe cosmetic condition only (screen and body). Every listed device must also pass 100% functional checks — battery health and security status are shown as separate product attributes.
Grade A+
No signs of use — in perfect or near-mint condition
Grade A
Light signs of use — may have some small blemishes
Grade B
General signs of use — some scratches you may notice
Grade C
Visible signs of use — moderate scratches and scuffs
Our Inspection Process
Cosmetic checks
Screen glass, frame, rear shell, camera ring, and button appearance are graded to our public A+/A/B/C standard. Grades describe appearance only — not function.
Battery checks
Battery health and charging behaviour are verified as product attributes (not part of the cosmetic grade). Every listed grade includes battery health of at least 85%.
Functional checks
Calls, cameras, audio, buttons, vibration, wireless, sensors, charging, biometrics, and NFC are verified. Every listed device must be 100% functional.
Security checks
Devices are data-wiped and checked free of Find My / activation lock, carrier blacklist, and MDM enrolment unless clearly noted on the listing.
